Abstract

L'invention concerne un élément de transfert d'encre, destiné à un appareil d'impression, l'élément de transfert d'encre comprenant une surface pour le transfert de l'encre appliquée dessus vers au moins un autre élément de transfert d'encre, la surface étant conçue pour, lorsqu'une encre comprenant des particules de pigment et un véhicule liquide est appliquée sur la surface, séparer au moins partiellement le véhicule liquide des particules de pigment, à travers la surface. L'élément de transfert d'encre se rapporte également à un appareil d'impression et un procédé d'impression.
An ink transfer element for a printing apparatus, the ink transfer element comprising a surface for transferring ink applied thereto to at least one further ink transfer element,wherein the surface is configured to, when an ink comprising pigment particles and a liquid vehicle is applied to the surface, at least partly separate the liquid vehicle from the pigment particles, through the surface. The ink transfer element further relates to printing apparatus and a method of printing.
